Could you generally explain your role, your missions and choose 3 words that describe them?

As a specialized project manager with 15 years of experience, I currently hold the position of Project Leader at UDITIS. My role involves acting as an intermediary between UDITIS and our client, CSEM, by understanding their requests, interpreting their needs, and collaborating with technical department colleagues to provide the appropriate tools.

If I had to summarize my role and missions in three words, I would use:

  • Analyze: A crucial aspect of my role is having an analytical view to understand user needs, identify the most appropriate solutions, and make informed decisions.
  • Interpret: Understanding client expectations during product or service development is crucial. Mastering this aspect ensures effective communication between all involved parties.
  • Implement: Our ultimate goal is to provide concrete results that meet our clients' expectations, which requires achieving project objectives and evaluating outcomes.

By focusing on these three key aspects, I can ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and that our projects are delivered successfully.

What do you prefer in your work?

One aspect that I particularly enjoy about my job is that it revolves around constantly evolving technologies. This dynamic of learning is incredibly stimulating and drives us to stay informed about the latest technological and professional developments. Keeping up with the latest trends and innovations allows us to better serve our clients and maintain our competitive edge.

Additionally, I take great satisfaction in the support and collaboration that I provide when implementing appropriate tools. Working closely with my colleagues to ensure that our projects are delivered to the highest possible standard is incredibly rewarding. It's always satisfying to see our efforts pay off when our clients are satisfied with the results we've achieved.

If you had to give advice to new hires, what would it be?

I believe that new employees should take advantage of the company's unique blend of work and camaraderie. UDITIS fosters an environment of kindness, support, and gratitude that is uncommon in many workplaces today.

These moments of conviviality are truly special and can greatly contribute to both personal and professional growth. By embracing UDITIS' culture, new employees will be able to thrive and excel in their roles.

What impressed you most during your time at UDITIS?

What stands out to me about my time at UDITIS is the friendly and respectful work environment. Colleagues genuinely care about each other and work together to create a culture of kindness and support.

This conviviality allows us to work collaboratively and effectively towards our goals. It also creates a sense of belonging and a feeling that we are all working towards a common purpose

If you could put yourself in a colleague's shoes for a day, who would it be?

Given that I spend a lot of time working on-site at the client's location, I don't get to interact with my colleagues as much as I would like.

If I could switch places with one of my colleagues for a day, I would choose to work in a relationship-focused function, such as customer support or service. Spending a day in a customer-facing position would allow me to help solve problems and contribute to customer satisfaction, which brings personal satisfaction as well.

If you had an Aladdin lamp, what wishes would you make?

While it may not be the most original wish, if I had an Aladdin lamp, I would use my wish to take a well-deserved break and spend two weeks on a beautiful white sand beach with my family and friends. It would be an opportunity to relax, recharge, and enjoy each other's company in a beautiful location.

Could you tell us few words about your passions?

My passions include cooking and sharing. Every year, I am enthusiastic about preparing a Saint Martin's Day meal for a group of friends and our children. Although this can be a substantial work requiring planning, I am happy to bring people together around a convivial moment. It is always a special moment for me to be able to showcase my Jura origins through the local specialties.

What is your favorite film or series?

I must admit that "Dirty Dancing" is one of my favourite movies. (laughs) Even after seeing it dozens of times, I am still moved at the end. (laughs)

If you had to choose a mentor, who would it be?

If I were to choose a mentor, I would select a former colleague who was both my supervisor and manager at one point. He played a significant role in my professional development by offering a supportive approach that involved active listening and practical advice. I found that inspiring and enlightening.

What do you think about Sequotech?

I do not have an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Sequotech, but what I know about it seems very positive. The condensation and fusion of the strengths of two companies can only be an opportunity to develop new opportunities. I am excited to see what it can bring in the future.
